Academic Quality Management Unit

The Academic Quality Management Unit manages matters related to the planning, development, and continuous improvement of academic quality at UNIMAS. This unit is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring the quality management system, which involves various academic aspects such as curriculum, teaching, learning, assessment, and support services for students. This unit also responsible for coordinating data collection for the achievement of UNIMAS Strategic Focus KPIs under the responsibility of BJKA. These two KPIs are: KPI 6 — Number of Academic Programs Implementing Academic Quality Assurance, and KPI 9 — Student Satisfaction Percentage based on the Student Satisfaction Index.
