Administration and Finance Unit

Assalamualaikum & Greetings,

The Administration and Finance Unit is responsible for managing and coordinating the Division's administrative, financial and operational functions to support the effective delivery of academic quality assurance and accreditation activities. The Unit oversees budget planning and financial management, procurement, expenditure monitoring, accreditation-related financial administration, office administration, records management, meeting secretariat services, human resource administration, staff development, asset and inventory management, and administrative systems. The Unit also coordinates accreditation documentation and systems, manages the appointment of internal auditors, accreditation assessors and Academic Quality Coordinators, prepares financial and administrative reports, maintains the Division's risk register, liaises with external agencies, and provides administrative and logistical support to ensure efficient, compliant and effective operations of the Division.
