Student Satisfaction Index

The Student Satisfaction Index is a database established to collect detailed data on the level of student satisfaction at UNIMAS, covering both academic and facilities-related components. The academic section is monitored by the Academic Quality Assurance Division (AQAD), while the facilities section is monitored by the Centre for Student Services (PKP) . In general, the Student Satisfaction Index consists of five main sections: academic programme quality, academic staff, teaching and learning facilities, online teaching and learning facilities, and student achievement.
